With the Xcellsior system line HUMAN provides reliable instruments to monitor CD4 and other relevant cells in adult and pediatric AIDS patients. Xcellsior and Xcellsior PLUS are designed for all kinds of laboratories from centralized to remote testing. The instruments even work with car battery or solar panels.
The instruments require no calibration saving costs and time. For routine testing follow the rapid protocol of sample preparation. Blood samples are fluorescent stained within 15 minutes only. Furthermore, availability of results for both CD4 and CD4% counts is accelerated by simultaneous preparation and determination with the Xcellsior PLUS. For most convenient handling we advise to order the read-to-use Dry Reagents: Pipette the blood sample only and transfer the prefilled buffer!
