Sales Manager Eastern Europe
Your profile
A scientific education is desirable, with experience in sales to international dealer organizations. You have in-depth knowledge in the field of in-vitro diagnostics (reagents and analyzers). In addition to your Slavic native language, your knowledge of written and spoken English should be sufficient for confidence in negotiations. Knowledge of Russian is also an advantage. You are a dynamic, salesorientated, internationally experienced individual, assertive and goal-orientated. A willingness to travel (approx. 50%) is a prerequisite.
Your responsibilities
In cooperation with HUMAN’s local distributors, you will prepare business plans and financial projections for the countries in your sales territory and monitor implementation. You will execute marketing and pricing policy with the customers and establish a sales strategy. Your tasks will include monitoring sales and income and the implementation of corrective measures in the case of discrepancies. Operating from your home office at your place of residence, you will conduct visits of individual laboratories and hospitals together with your customers. Additionally, it will be your task to expand the distributor network through acquisition and to carry out product trainings for new customers.
